We offer the very best in traditional British bacon, it is dry cured rind on and available in back or streaky , smoked or unsmoked.
In addition we produce our renowned Gloucester Black Bacon which has been marinated in real ale and molasses for a month before being dry cured for a further two weeks.
Our Gammons which like our bacon is under the RSPCA Freedom Food banner is available in Smoked and Unsmoked.
We produce a variety of Hams, ranging from smoked ,unsmoked, honey roast and honey and mustard.
