British Bacon
We offer the very best in traditional British bacon. It is dry cured rind on and available in back or streaky and smoked or unsmoked. In addition we produce our renowned Gloucester Black Bacon which has been marinated in real ale and molasses for a month before being dry cured for a further two weeks.
Gammon & Ham
Our Gammons, like our bacon, are produced under the RSPCA Freedom Food banner and are available Smoked and Unsmoked.
We also produce a variety of Hams, ranging from Smoked, Unsmoked, Honey Roast and Honey & Mustard.
